300706 Harvest What Your Sow! You harvest what you sow & nurture... is a simple observation...some of the most profound wisdom is indeed so very simple. You may have heard the above saying so often that it has become meaningless. Well, let's put it a slightly different way. Using the words of T. Harv Ecker, author of "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind", page 12, "It's what's under the ground that creates what's above the ground. It's what's invisible that creates what's visible." Harv Ecker goes on to explain (page 13) that: "In every forest, on every farm, in every orchard on earth, it's what's under the ground that creates what's above the ground. That's why placing your attention on the fruits that you have already grown is futile. You cannot change the fruits that are already hanging on the tree. You can, however, change tomorrow's fruits. But to do so, you will have to dig below the ground and strengthen the roots" The next bit is so simple yet profound that you may need to read it several times, as I did, in order to fully take in the message: "One of the most important things you can ever understand is that we do not live on only one plane of existence. We live in at least four different realms at once. These four quadrants are the physical world, the mental world, the emotional world, and the spiritual world. What most people never realize is that the physical realm is merely a "printout" of the other three" "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind" is the kind of book you would read many times over, especially if you think that money is not important. Eckers' response to people who tell him that "Money is not important"? He says he looks them in the eye and says "You're broke!" |
