The purpose, method and rules of the Business Mastermind game lead to tremendous value being generated in the form of CREATIVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS
Purpose
| The purpose of the mastermind is to stimulate creative solutions to current, real and unresolved issues that we are experiencing in our business. |
Method
We stimulate creative solutions by asking open questions eg:
Who is your target market?
What are the marketing strategies you are using?
How do you explain your business proposition?
When do you decide that something is not working in your business?
Where do you find most of your clients and customers?
Which type of strategy has worked best for you?
These are only examples of open business questions. You may have much better questions to ask.
Better questions get a better response! |
Rules
In order to ensure that this is a safe space for us to talk openly about our businesses, we must agree on the following rules in order to participate:
1. Confidentiality: We agree not to disclose information that is shared privately about issues, challenges and concerns we may have about our business.
2. Trust: We share in the spirit of trust.
3. Support: Our purpose is to generate conversations that are are supportive
4. Listening: We listen intently to the person speaking so that they get the maximum attention.
5. Respect: We respect each other's boundaries and do not probe further than the speaker is willing to share about their business. |
